  • Du arbeitest mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen zusammen mit allem, was das Leben in einer Familie mit sich bringt. Vom Putzen und Hausaufgaben machen über das Kochen bis hin zu Arztbesuchen, Ausflügen und das Kümmern um die (Haus-)Tiere gestaltest Du den kompletten Familienalltag.
  • Du hast Kontakt zu den Herkunftsfamilien, indem Du beispielsweise Telefongespräche begleitest, organisatorische Absprachen triffst und die Eltern/Sorgeberechtigten auf dem Laufenden hältst.
  • Du bringst Dich mit Deinen Fragen, Wahrnehmungen und Ideen in den Teambesprechungen ein, entwickelst Dich in der Supervision weiter und teilst Deine persönliche und fachliche Sichtweise auch in den punktuellen Fallbesprechungen mit.
  • Du arbeitest im Bezugsbetreuersystem, hast also ein oder zwei Kinder im besonderen Fokus, um das/die Du Dich liebevoll kümmerst und für das/die Du vertrauliche/-r Ansprechpartner/-in bist, der/die es/sie verlässlich begleitet.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Du hast bestenfalls Erfahrung im (trauma-)pädagogischen Bereich und behältst einen kühlen Kopf, wenn es einmal stressig wird
  • Du hast den Führerschein Klasse 3
  • Du bist interessiert daran, langfristige Bindungen (betrieblich wie persönlich) einzugehen und Deine Persönlichkeit weiterzuentwickeln
