Die Volkssolidarität ist ein moderner gemeinnütziger Wohlfahrtsverband. Mit unseren ca. 280 Mitarbeitern arbeiten wir in den Bereichen Pflege, Mahlzeitendienst, Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und in weiteren sozialen Hilfsangeboten.

Ab 01.10.2026 ist in unserer I nobhutnahmestelle in Flöha eine Stelle als pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)  zu besetzen.

Anforderungsprofil:

Sozialpädagoge/ Sozialarbeiter (BA., M.A., Diplom)

Staatlich anerkannter Erzieher

Heilpädagoge

Aufgabenbereich:

Unterstützung von Kindern und Jugendlichen (3 bis 17 Jahre) in Krisensituationen

Sicherstellung des Kindeswohl

Beratung der Kinder, Jugendlichen und Angehörigen

anleiten, begleiten und unterstützen der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Alltag

Zusammenarbeit mit Netzwerkpartnern

Wir erwarten:

Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten (Wünsche werden berücksichtigt)

Empathie für die individuellen Problemlagen der Kinder und Jugendlichen

Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent

Persönliche Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit ungewöhnlichen Situationen

lebenspraktische Fertigkeiten
