  • Verantwortung für den personenzentrierten Betreuungsprozess in der Eins-zu-Eins-Betreuung
  • Alltagsstrukturierung und –bewältigung, Erlernen/ Ausbau von Alltagskompetenzen
  • Mitgestaltung des Eintritts in die Arbeitswelt
  • Aufbau und Festigung von Beziehungen
  • Begleitung in allen sozial-emotionalen Bereichen und dem Erleben
  • Emotionale Stabilisierung und dadurch Vermeidung von Krisen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Case Management und dem psych. Fachdienst
  • Dein Profil:
  • Pädagogisches oder pflegerisches Studium oder Ausbildung
  • Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und eigenverantwortlichem Handeln
