  • Du begleitest Kinder und Jugendliche  auf ihrem individuellen Weg und unterstützt sie mit Herz und Verstand in ihrer Entwicklung.
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen ein und lernst bei uns Methoden der neuen Autorität und pädagogischen Präsenz kennen.
  • Du entwickelst kreative Lösungen , um unseren Bewohner:innen Halt und Sicherheit zu geben.
  • Du bist eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Kinder und Jugendliche in unserem Bezugsbetreuungssystem.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung individueller Hilfepläne

## Dein Profil

  • Eine passende Ausbildung oder ein Studium , z. B. in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Sonderpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften oder als Erzieher:in, Heilpädagoge:in oder Heilerziehungspfleger:in.
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen im stationären oder teilstationären Jugendhilfebereich.
  • Geduld und Ausdauer im Umgang mit herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen – du bleibst dran und suchst nach Lösungen.
  • Flexibilität und Fachkompetenz – du passt dich den Bedürfnissen der Kinder und Jugendlichen an und findest neue Wege mit ihnen.
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfreude – du arbeitest gerne im Team, im Austausch mit den Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Familien.
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst mit Nachtbereitschaft  – weil unser Zuhause rund um die Uhr ein sicherer Ort sein soll.
