Wir suchen eine engagierte und herzliche pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) nach §7 Kindertagesbetreuungsgesetz, um unser Team zu bereichern. Sie übernehmen eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Gestaltung des pädagogischen Alltags, unterstützen die kindliche Entwicklung und sorgen für ein sicheres und förderndes Umfeld zum Entdecken und Lernen. Die enge Kooperation im Team sowie ein vertrauensvoller und transparenter Dialog mit den Eltern sind dabei zentrale Bestandteile Ihrer Arbeit. Idealerweise bringen Sie Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und die Motivation mit, unsere pädagogische Konzeption aktiv mitzugestalten. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung, wenn Sie Kinder gerne begleiten und Teil unserer Gemeinschaft werden möchten.
In unserer Einrichtung haben wir 3 Gruppen mit Betreuungsplätzen für je 10 Kinder im Alter von 0 bis 3 Jahren. Wir sind montags bis freitags von 7:30 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr geöffnet.
