Wir suchen zum 01.11.2026 eine pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in \*\*Teilzeit (25 – 35 Stunden/Woche)\*\* für unsere Integrative Wohngruppe in Erfurt!

Das sind u.a. deine Aufgaben:

  • In unserer Wohngruppe betreust du männliche Jugendliche und junge Volljährige im Alter ab 14 Jahren in einer stationären Unterbringung in ihrem Lebensalltag.
  • Individuelle Beratung und Unterstützung im Rahmen des Hilfeplanverfahrens nach SGB VIII
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben im Wohnumfeld
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachdiensten und Behörden
  • Unterstützung und Anleitung der Jugendlichen zur Übernahme lebenspraktischer Fähigkeiten im Wohnumfeld
  • Unterstützung von Strukturen
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Jugendlichen im Alltag, in Freizeit und Schule

Wir bieten dir:

  • Regelmäßige Supervision und Weiterbildungsangebote sowie ein frei verfügbares Fortbildungsbudget
  • 28 Tage Urlaub (Vollzeit)
  • Vergütung nach Haustarifvertrag gemäß TVöD SuE inkl. Jahressonderzahlung gemäß SuE
  • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge nach 24 Monaten
  • Zwei Regenerationstage pro Kalenderjahr (5-Tage-Woche)
  • SuE-Zulage
  • Zulage für Arbeit in der Nacht und an Sonn- und Feiertagen
  • Arbeiten in einem erfahrenen Team

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine Qualifikation zur pädagogischen Fachkraft
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtdienst
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
  • Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
  • Vertraut mit den Themen: Traumata, Bindung und Elternarbeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
