Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Psycholog*In / Sozialpädagog**In / Heilerziehungspfleger*in
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen
  • Eigenverantwortlich, reflektiert, teamfähig und humorvoll
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung, Förderung und Begleitung in unserer stationären Wohngruppe
  • Planung & Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Team, Eltern & externen Fachstellen
  • Reflexion des eigenen Handelns im professionellen Kontext
