In unserer Tagesgruppe schaffst du einen sicheren Hafen für 9 Kinder. Dein Alltag ist vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll:

  • Gruppenalltag gestalten: Du betreust die Kinder im Nachmittagsbereich, begleitest das gemeinsame Mittagessen und förderst sie individuell bei den Hausaufgaben sowie in ihrer Leistungsentwicklung.
  • Förderung & Freizeit: Du bietest ein breites Spektrum an Förderangeboten an und gestaltest eine abwechslungsreiche Ferienbetreuung sowie gemeinsame Feste und Feiern.

Netzwerkarbeit: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle und pflegst regelmäßigen Kontakt zum Jugendamt, zu Lehrkräften sowie zu den Familien.

Fachlichkeit: Du führst Hilfeplangespräche, Krisengespräche und verantwortest die professionelle Dokumentation.

Deine Arbeitszeiten: an 5 Tagen pro Woche (Mo–Do in der Zeit von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Fr bis 16:00 Uhr).

  • Qualifikation: Du bist staatlich anerkannte/r Jugend- und Heimerzieher/in oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare pädagogische Ausbildung.
  • Kompetenz: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in der stationären oder teilstationären Jugendhilfe mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest selbstständig im Bezugsfamiliensystem, bist stabil, flexibel und besitzt Organisationsgeschick.
  • Haltung: Eine wertschätzende Grundhaltung sowie Engagement und Leidenschaft für deinen Beruf sind für dich selbstverständlich. Sehr sichere Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
