Der Martinshof e.V. ist eine Lebens-und Arbeitsgemeinschaft für z. Zt. bis zu 60 Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung/en. In den unterschiedlichen Wohnbereichen werden unsere Menschen in jedweden Angelegenheiten ihres Privatlebens unterstützt und erhalten Assistenzleistung entsprechend ihrer individuellen Stärken und Bedarfe.

Für diesen Arbeitsbereich suchen wir ab sofort:

Pädagogische Fachkräfte m/w/d (30 bis 35 Wochenstunden).

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Unterstützung von Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf im pädagogischen Bereich in Alltagssituationen
  • Begleitung auf der Grundlage von Selbstbestimmung
  • Kooperation mit gesetzlichen Betreuungen, Behörden und verschiedenen Dienstleistern
  • Freizeitgestaltung
  • notwendige Dokumentationsarbeit
  • hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
  • grundpflegerische Begleitung

Unsere Erwartungen:

  • eine Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrungen im Bereich der Humandienstleistungen wünschenswert
  • pädagogische und pflegerische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen wünschenswert
  • grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Arbeit im Team
  • Freude daran, erwachsenen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung/en auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen
  • PKW-Führerschein erforderlich (der Arbeitsort muss erreicht werden können - für dienstliche Fahrten steht ein Dienst-PKW zur Verfügung)
