In der heilpädagogischen Kindertagesstätte Farbenfroh bieten wir in einer integrativen Krippengruppe und sechs heilpädagogischen Kleingruppen Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung für Kinder mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung.

Wir arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team und kooperieren mit niedergelassenen Therapeut\*innen. Unser Ziel ist es, eine alters- und entwicklungsangemessene Teilhabe für jedes einzelne Kind zu ermöglichen.

Die Stelle (20 Wochenstunden) ist befristet bis zur Rückkehr der Stelleninhaberin, derzeit längstens 31.07.2027.

### Aufgaben

  • Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern im Alter von 3 - 6 Jahren
  • Projekte und Bildungsangebote anhand kindlicher Interessen entwickeln und umsetzen, lernanregende Umgebung gestalten
  • Arbeiten nach dem situationsbezogenem Ansatz
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklung der Kinder
  • wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit Familien und Führen von Entwicklungsgesprächen

### Profil

  • Abschluss als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, die nach § 9 NKiTaG anerkannt ist
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Sozialkompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen
