PÄDAGOGISCHE FACHKRAFT (m/w/d) IM GRUPPENDIENST in unserer Jugendwohngruppe

Du arbeitest gerne mit jungen Menschen, begleitest sie mit Herz und möchtest Teil eines wertschätzenden, engagierten Teams sein?

Wir begleiten Kinder ab 4 Jahren und Jugendliche in zwei Wohngruppen. Mit Herz, Fachlichkeit und einem traumasensiblen Blick schaffen wir einen sicheren Ort für Entwicklung, Stabilität und neue Perspektiven.

Unser Konzept verbindet humanistische Pädagogik, Traumapädagogik und tiergestützte Angebote.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Pädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der jungen Menschen im Gruppenalltag
  • Beziehungsarbeit, Alltagsstrukturierung und individuelle Unterstützung
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei schulischen und beruflichen Perspektiven
  • Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Behörden und Netzwerkpartnern
  • Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung unserer pädagogischen Arbeit im Team

Du bringst mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als pädagogische Fachkraft z.B. Erzieher\*in, Heilerziehungspfleger\*in, Kindheitspädagog\*in
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen und deren Lebenswelten
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Teamgeist
  • Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • Wünschenswert Führerschein Klasse B
