## Ihre neue Herausforderung...

  • eine auf Teilhabe ausgerichtete Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden in den Tagwerken
  • Weiterentwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Arbeits– und Förderangeboten
  • Pflegerische Assistenz im Rahmen der Grundpflege
  • Ihre Arbeitszeiten liegen Montag bis Freitag zwischen 7.30 Uhr und 16.15 Uhr

## Das bringen Sie mit…

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher:in, Heilerziehungspfleger:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Arbeitsangeboten für Menschen mit komplexen Beeinträchtigungen
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit
  • Sie verfügen über pflegerische Grundkenntnisse
  • Sie teilen unsere christlichen Werte und stehen hinter unserem diakonischen Auftrag
