Das Haus Madita ist eine Mädchenintensivgruppe mit 7 Plätzen und liegt in Warstein. In der Einrichtung werden Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 12 – 21 Jahren betreut.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:

Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Teil-/Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Planung, Organisation und Sicherstellung der pädagogischen Förderung
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung in allen Lebensbereichen, vorwiegend im Wohnen und der sozialen Teilhabe
  • Umsetzung der individuellen Ziele gemäß der Hilfeplanung
  • Dokumentation der Betreuungsleistungen
  • Mitwirkung bei internen Angeboten/Gremien
  • Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Sie besitzen eine pädagogische Fachausbildung (Erzieherin, Sozialpädagogein, Sozialarbeiterin, Heilerziehungspflegerin)
  • Sie besitzen die Bereitschaft und hohe Motivation für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in der Jugendhilfe
  • Sie sind klar in Ihrem erzieherischen Verhalten, emphatisch und haben ein hohes Maß an Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team
