Wir wünschen uns Personen, die Freude und Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern haben, die Eigeninitiative mitbringen und die selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt sind. Die Bereitschaft zur Reflexion und Weitergabe von christlichen Werten und die Mitgliedschaft in einer Kirche der ACK setzen wir voraus. Die Arbeit im Team ist uns wichtig. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, eigene Schwerpunkte in die Arbeit einzubringen. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach der Kirchlichen Anstellungsordnung (entspricht TVÖD).
