Du bist eine empathische Persönlichkeit, die das Konzept der Waldorfpädagogik mit Überzeugung vertritt? Erwärmen lachende Kindergesichter dein Herz? Dann ist dies deine Chance Teil unseres Teams zu werden und unsere kleinen Forscher auf kreative und handwerkliche Weise bei deren Entfaltung zu unterstützen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung z.B. Erzieher, Heilerzieher, Naturpädagoge oder vergleichbare Qualifikation nach Fachkräftekatalog §7 KiTaG
  • Liebevoller Umgang mit den Kindern und ein spirituell geprägtes Werteverständnis
  • Kreative und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
