Die Hochgebirgsklinik Mittelberg ist eine Rehabilitationsklinik für Kinder und Jugendliche und eine Mutter/Vater-Kind-Klinik in Oy-Mittelberg.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 eine/n pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit- (ab 70%) und Vollzeitanstellung.

Als pädagogische Fachkraft

  • lassen Sich sich gerne auf die Zielgruppe von chronisch kranken und/oder verhaltensauffälligen Kinder und Jugendlichen in der Altersklasse 12 bis 18 Jahre ein.
  • arbeiten Sie gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Ärzten, Psychotherapeuten und weiteren therapeutischen Berufsgruppen zusammen.
  • setzen Sie verantwortungsbewusst therapeutische und erzieherische Verhaltensregeln nach der Konzeption der Einrichtung um.
  • sind Sie in der Lage, selbständig Entscheidungen zu treffen, die der tägliche Ablauf und die Notwendigkeiten der Zielgruppe erfordern.
  • haben Sie Lust, sich den Chancen und Herausforderungen zu stellen.
  • erhalten Sie eine leistungsgerechte Bezahlung mit betrieblicher Altersversorgung (ZVK Bayern).
