  • für die kath. Kita Maria Himmelfahrt in Quierschied in Teilzeit (14 h/Woche)
  • Wir erwarten:
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatl. anerkannte/r Erzieher\*in
  • professionelles pädagogisches Handeln orientiert am Rahmenleitbild für kath. Kitas im Bistum Trier, Leitbild Katholische KiTa gGmbH Saarland und Saarl. Bildungsprogramm sowie den gesetzlichen Grundlagen
  • Umsetzung der päd. Konzeption des Standortes
  • konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, dem Träger, den Eltern und den anderen Kooperationspartnern im Sozialraum
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ihren Familien
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • partizipative Haltung
  • Ausgeprägte soziale und emotionale Kompetenz und Fähigkeit zur achtsamen Kommunikation
  • Anerkennung der Ziele und Werte der kath. Einrichtung
  • konstruktive Mitarbeit und aktiver Einsatz bei der Umsetzung von Kinderrechten sowie dem Schutz von Kindern und Jugendlichen
