Für eine Kindertageseinrichtung in Mannheim – mit Bereichen in Krippe, Kindergarten und Hort – suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung engagierte pädagogische Fachkräfte (m/w/d), die Kinder von acht Wochen bis zwölf Jahren auf ihrem Bildungsweg begleiten möchten. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach Entgeltgruppe S8a / S8b TVöD , orientiert am Sozialraum.

## Was Sie erwartet

  • Begleitung und Förderung kindlicher Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse in Krippe, Kindergarten und Hort (8 Wochen bis 12 Jahre)
  • Eigenverantwortliches, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten in verschiedenen Funktionsräumen
  • Systematische Beobachtung und Dokumentation der pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Planung und Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten, Projekten und Impulsen – teils im offenen Konzept
  • Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern zur bedarfsgerechten Förderung

## Ihr Profil

  • Staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d), Kindheitspädagoge (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation gemäß Fachkräftekatalog nach § 7 KiTaG
  • Ob als Kindergartenpädagoge (m/w/d) oder Hortbetreuer (m/w/d) – Ihre Fachrichtung ist herzlich willkommen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Kindern, Eltern und dem Kollegium
  • Engagement, Offenheit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in Methoden der frühkindlichen Bildung und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
