In der Jugendwohngemeinschaft leben bis zu 3 Jugendliche ab 16 Jahre; angegliedert ist außerdem ein Betreutes Wohnen mit 2 Plätzen ab 18 Jahren. Die Bewohner/innen erhalten keine durchgehende pädagogische Betreuung, dennoch bedarf es auch der Arbeit am Abend und am Wochenende. In der Regel sind die Zeiten am Abend nicht länger als 21/22 Uhr; am Wochenende betrifft es aktuell ca. alle 3 Wochen den Sonntag. Die Jugendwohngemeinschaft hat das Ziel die jungen Menschen in ihrer Entwicklung weiter auf dem Weg hin zu einer Selbständigkeit und eigenverantwortlichem Wohnen/ Leben zu begleiten und unterstützen. Schulische Unterstützung, Entwicklung beruflicher Perspektiven; Anleitung für das tägliche Leben, Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft stehen im Mittelpunkt des Zusammenlebens.
Die Stelle ist ggf. auch mit anderen Stellen des Postillion e.V. kombinierbar.
