### Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Begleitung und Förderung unserer männlichen Jugendlichen im Alter von 13 bis 21 Jahren
  • Vermittlung sozialer Kompetenzen und lebenspraktischen Fähigkeiten
  • Vorbereitung auf eine eigenständige Lebensführung
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung im Rahmen der Bezugsbetreuung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Kooperations- und Netzwerkpartnern rund um den Jugendlichen
  • Dokumentation und Mitwirkung am Hilfeplanverfahren

### Profil

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Im Idealfall besitzen Sie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen oder Familien
  • Sie haben eine empathische Grundhaltung und arbeiten gerne im Team
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Sie sind bereit am Wochenende und im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten
  • Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins
