  • Einbindung der Eltern im Sinne einer respektvollen Erziehungspartnerschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung pädagogischer Prozesse
  • WAS WIR UNS WÜNSCHEN:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher*in, Sozialarbeiter*in oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen und MS Office Produkten
