  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohner:innen bei der Freizeitgestaltung, Einkäufen und Ausflügen
  • Ausarbeiten von pädagogischen Methoden
  • Führen aller notwendigen Dokumentationen
  • Erstellen von Informationsberichten entsprechend der Ziel- und Leistungsplanung
  • Kooperation mit An- und Zugehörigen, gesetzlichen Betreuer:innen, Arbeitsstätten
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Erzieher:in, Heilpädagog:in, Gesundheitspfleger:in, Ergotherapeut:in oder Altenpfleger:in
  • Sie haben eine professionelle Haltung im Sinne der Partizipation und Teilhabe
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung wünschenswert
  • Engagierte, empathische und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft zum Erwerb von EDV-Kenntnissen für unser Dokumentationssystem sowie zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System
