## Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum:
  • - Erzieher,
  • - Heilerziehungspfleger,
  • - Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder
  • - Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Organisierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Begleitung von erwachsenen Menschen mit geistigen und/oder körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen in ihrem Wohn‑ und Lebensalltag
  • Entwicklung von persönlichen Assistenzkonzepten und Umsetzung mit Blick auf Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung
  • Offene und kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen sowie externen Partnern
  • Fachgerechte Planung und Dokumentation von Betreuungsaufgaben
  • Raum für eigenständige Ideen und aktive Mitgestaltung des Aufgabengebietes

## Darauf können Sie sich freuen!

  • Flexible Teilzeitmodelle oder eine Vollzeitstelle im Schichtsystem *ohne * Nachtdienst
  • Vielfältige Dienst- und Arbeitszeitmodelle
  • Dienstplan-App und frühzeitige Planung der Schichten (min. 1 Monat im Voraus), inkl. Berücksichtigung von Wunschdiensten
  • Tarifliche Vergütung nach AVR-Caritas Anlage 33, 8b ab 3.578,87 € bis zu 5.190,90 € (abhängig von der Entwicklungsstufe)
