  • Sozialpädagog:innen und Erziehungswissenschaftler:innen für unsere
  • Standorte in Bergedorf/Harburg (Vollzeit/Teilzeit) ab dem 01.11.2026.
  • Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer
  • Arbeit oder Erziehungswissenschaften. Erfahrung in Falldokumentation,
  • Berichtswesen und der Fähigkeit, sich auf verschiedene Menschen und
  • Situationen einzustellen. Sie legen Wert auf eine respektvolle und
  • ressourcenorientierte Haltung. Ihre Aufgaben - Sozialpädagogische
  • Familienhilfe (§ 31 SGB VIII) - Erziehungsbeistandschaft (§ 30 SGB
  • VIII) - Beratung und Elternarbeit - Krisenintervention - Einsatz bei
