  • tätig. Wir suchen Pädagogische Fachkräfte, Sozialpädagog:innen und
  • Erziehungswissenschaftler:innen für unsere Standorte in Bergedorf /
  • Harburg in Voll- oder Teilzeit ab dem 01.11.2026. Ihr Profil Sie
  • verfügen über einen Bachelor oder ein Diplom in Sozialpädagogik,
  • Sozialer Arbeit oder Erziehungswissenschaften und haben Erfahrung in
  • Falldokumentation sowie im Berichtswesen. Sie sind anpassungsfähig,
  • begegnen Herausforderungen positiv und pflegen eine respektvolle,
  • ressourcenorientierte Grundhaltung. Ihre Aufgaben -
  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe (§ 31 SGB VIII) -
  • Erziehungsbeistandschaft (§ 30 SGB VIII) - Beratung - Elternarbeit -
  • Krisenintervention - Einsatz bei Kindeswohlgefährdung Wir bieten -
