  • Pädagogische Fachkraft:innen, Sozialpädagog:innen und
  • Erziehungswissenschaftler:innen für die Standorte Bergedorf/Harburg
  • in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zum 01.11.2026. Ihr Profil Sie haben einen
  • Bachelor oder ein Diplom in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit oder
  • Erziehungswissenschaften. Sie bringen Erfahrung in Falldokumentation
  • und Berichtswesen mit sowie die Fähigkeit, sich unvoreingenommen auf
  • neue Situationen und unterschiedliche Menschen einzustellen und
  • Herausforderungen positiv zu begegnen. Eine respektvolle und
  • ressourcenorientierte Grundhaltung ist Ihnen wichtig. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe (§ 31 SGB VIII)
  • Erziehungsbeistandschaft (§ 30 SGB VIII) Beratung und Elternarbeit
  • Krisenintervention Einsatz bei Kindeswohlgefährdung Wir bieten Einen
