Ihre Aufgaben

· Begleitung von Mädchen im Alter ab 12 Jahren

· Gestaltung von Gruppen- und Einzelangeboten

· Psychosoziale Betreuung der Mädchen

· Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung und der Verselbstständigung

· Vorbereitung, Gestaltung und Begleitung von Hilfeplangesprächen und Übergängen

Was Sie mitbringen

· Ausbildung als Erzieher:in, Sozialpädagog:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Selbstständiges Handeln orientiert an der Entwicklung der Mädchen

· Sicherheit im Umgang mit Konflikten und Krisen

· Führerschein der Klasse B
