  • In der integrativen Kindertagesstätte Villa Kunterbunt erziehen, bilden und betreuen wir Kinder mit und ohne besonderem Förderbedarf.
  • In fünf Kindergarten-Gruppen, zwei Krippen- und zwei Hortgruppen bieten wir Kindern die Möglichkeit, sich entsprechend ihrer Möglichkeiten und Fähigkeiten am KiTa Alltag zu beteiligen. Partizipation hat für uns einen großen Stellenwert!

Partizipation und Teilhabe aller Kinder sehen wir als Grundlage unseres gemeinsamen Lernens.

Die Stunden sind befristet bis zum 31.07.2027.

### Aufgaben

  • Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern im Alter von 3 - 6 Jahren
  • Projekte und Bildungsangebote entwickeln und umsetzen
  • "Schatzsuche statt Fehlersuche"
  • Lernanregende Umgebung gestalten
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklung der Kinder
  • wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit Familien und Führen von Entwicklungsgesprächen

### Profil

  • Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte Erzieher\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, die nach § 9 NKiTaG anerkannt ist
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen
