Pädagogische Fachkraft (w/m/x) in Vollzeit (39 Std. / Woche) für unsere systemisch-traumapädagogische Intensivwohngruppe NORDSTERN für Kinder und Jugendliche mit FASD in Bergkamen

Die Traumapädagogik mit Fokus auf FASD ist eine der faszinierendsten fachlichen Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre. Auf diese Weise beeinträchtigte Kinder und Jugendliche brauchen besondere Empathie und Zuwendung – mehr noch als andere. Als Träger der freien Jugendhilfe hat die KEW sich auf die professionelle Arbeit mit ihnen spezialisiert. Das ist die Aufgabe, der wir uns ganz bewusst und gern stellen. Du auch?

WAS DICH ERWARTET

  • Eine Intensivwohngruppe mit 5 Kids von 9-12 Jahren
  • Die durch ihre Beeinträchtigung individuell gehandicapt sind
  • Denen du mit Geduld und Geschick die Welt erklären wirst
  • Die dich dazu bringen, auch über dich selbst nachzudenken

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung (Sozialarbeiter*in, Sozialpädagoge*in, Heilpädagoge\*in, Erzieher:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Lust auf Kinder und Jugendliche für die gern „jeder Tag ein Mittwoch“ sein darf….
  • Spaß daran, auch mal „um die Ecke“ zu denken…
  • die Überzeugung, dass die Welt bunt ist, sie nur für manche Menschen eine ganz eigene FASzinierenDe Farbe hat…
  • persönliche und pädagogische Präsenz im Kontaktverhalten
  • Interesse an systemischer, trauma- und fas-spezifischer Pädagogik
