in Teilzeit (20h) mit Perspektive auf eine Vollzeitstelle nach praxisbezogener Einarbeitungszeit.

Was Sie erwarten dürfen:

  • Unterstützung von Familien in ihrem Lebensumfeld: Unterstützung bezieht u.a. auf die Themenfelder Erziehungsberatung, Wohnsituation und Finanzen, Tagesstruktur, Krankheiten, Ämter- und Behördenangelegenheiten, Beziehungen der Familienmitglieder untereinander und zu anderen, Konfliktbearbeitung.
  • Wöchentliche Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von Dokumentationen und Netzwerkpflege

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenens Studium BA/MA Soziale Arbeit, Erziehungswissenschaften (o. vergleichbar)
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
  • Systemisches Arbeiten
  • Selbstorganisation von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Erstellen von Berichten für Kostenträger
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW
