Für unsere traumapädagogische Wohngruppe mit Inobhutnahme in Gründau suchen wir engagierte pädagogische Fachkräfte (m/w/d), die Kinder in schwierigen Lebenssituationen begleiten und ihnen Halt geben möchten.
Bei uns sind Sie genau richtig, wenn Sie:
- Zugewandte, klare, liebevolle uns strukturierte Bindung- und Erziehungsarbeit mit Kindern und deren Bezugssystemen leisten möchten.
- Interesse ab der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Kleinstwohngruppen-Konzepts haben.
- Kollegial mit den Ressourcen und Fähigkeiten eines dynamischen Teams und Vereins arbeiten wollen.
Wir wünschen uns:
- Eine abgeschlossene Qualifikation im Bereich Pädagogik/Erziehung
- Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Kindern
- Begeisterung für die Tagesgestaltung mit Kindern sowie zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion
- Einen PKW-Führerschein und grundlegende PC Kenntnisse (Basics)
