Wir suchen für unsere beschützende psychiatrische Langzeiteinrichtung (145 Plätze) zur Unterstützung unserer Teams nach Fachkräften (m/w/d) für eine Anstellung im Früh- und Spät-, auf Wunsch und nach Absprache auch Nachtdienst.

Was wir uns erwarten:

  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Menschen mit seelischer Behinderung
  • Ein PKW-Führerschein ist erforderlich, z.B. für Arztfahrten)
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit
  • 16-38 Wochenstunden im Schichtdienst (Zeitfenster: 6:00 – 22.00 Uhr)
  • -
  • Nachtdienst nur auf Wunsch und nach Absprache.
