  • Umsetzung und Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Konzeption
  • Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Sorgeberechtigten: Tür-und-Angel-Gespräche, Durchführung von Entwicklungsgesprächen sowie Mitwirkung an Elternabenden
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und kollegialen Beratungen
  • Du hast eine staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in, Studium der Sozialen Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit frühkindlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel im Rahmen unserer Öffnungszeiten
  • Du hast Leidenschaft und Kreativität für die Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Dir bereitet eine partizipative Alltagsgestaltung Freude
  • Du hast Bereitschaft und Interesse an der Umsetzung des Kinderschutzes sowie Inklusionspädagogik
  • Du besitzt Eigeninitiative und Engagement in der Teamarbeit
