## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pädagogische Betreuung und Begleitung von weiblichen Jugendlichen ab 14 Jahren in einer therapeutischen Wohngruppe
  • Gestaltung eines stabilen, sicheren und entwicklungsfördernden Lebensumfelds
  • Aufbau tragfähiger Beziehungen zu jungen Menschen mit erhöhtem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag sowie in Schule, Ausbildung und Freizeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Therapeut\*innen, Schulen und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Dokumentation sowie Mitwirkung an Hilfeplan- und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Übernahme von Früh-, Spät- und Nachtbereitschaftsdiensten
  • Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau einer neuen therapeutischen Jugendwohngruppe und eines neuen Teams

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium als pädagogische Fachkraft (z. B. Erzieher\*in, Sozialpädagog\*in, Heilpädagog\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe oder im Umgang mit herausfordernden Lebenssituationen von Jugendlichen
  • Fähigkeit zum professionellen Umgang mit Krisen- und Konfliktsituationen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst einschließlich Nachtbereitschaften
  • Interesse an therapeutisch orientierter Beziehungsarbeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Reflexionsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen
