# PÄDAGOGISCHE FACHKRÄFTE

## Sie

  • arbeiten in einer Wohngruppe für bis zu fünf Kindern
  • bieten den Kindern die Chance zur positiven Veränderung und Entwicklung
  • verfügen über die erforderliche Qualifikation
  • erfüllen die persönlichen Voraussetzungen (Motivation, Empathie etc.)
