Auf der Grundlage eines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes bietet Wegbegleiter als gemeinnütziger Träger der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe benachteiligten Menschen, die aufgrund ihrer bisherigen Lebensbiographie keine Perspektive zu einer positiven persönlichen und sozialen Entwicklung haben und/oder besonderen Gefährdungen ausgesetzt sind, eine beziehungsorientierte Jugendhilfemaßnahme.

Zur Durchführung stationärer, individualpädagogischer Maßnahmen suchen wir in Nümbrecht engagierte

Pädagogische Fachkräfte / Sozialpädagogen / Sozialarbeiter / Heilerziehungspfleger / Erzieher (m/w/d) Sie

  • verfügen über die erforderliche Qualifikation
  • erfüllen die persönlichen Voraussetzungen (Motivation, Empathie, etc.)
  • arbeiten in einer Wohngruppe mit bis zu 5 Kindern
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Profil
  • pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sozialkompetenz
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
