Kinderpfleger/Sozialassistent/Heilerziehungspflegehelfer/Sozialbetreuer/ Sozialpädagogischer Assistent, m/w/d als pädagogische Hilfskraft im Gruppendienst

  • einen Abschluss als Kinderpfleger/ Sozialassistent/ Heilerziehungspflegehelfer/ Sozialbetreuer/ Sozialpädagogischer Assistent bzw. eine Fachkraft mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Qualifikation
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein aufgeschlossenes, zugewandtes Wesen
  • Kontakt- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Engagement und Belastbarkeit
  • eine ressourcenorientierte und wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber den Betreuten
  • die Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddienst
