Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger\*in, Erzieher\*in, Heilpädagoge\*in oder Sozialpädagoge\*in
  • Führungsverantwortung
  • Erfahrungen im Beobachtungs- und Dokumentationsverfahren
  • Reflektiertes Arbeiten
  • Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • eine hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit & Belastbarkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit zum flexiblen Arbeiten
  • Geduld und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit
  • gute Gesprächsführung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeit im Gruppendienst mit Kindern unter naturpädagogischem Schwerpunkt am und im Wald
  • Aufgaben mit Führungsverantwortung in der Leitungsebene
  • aktive Mitgestaltung von Projekten, Aktivitäten & Veranstaltungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Träger und Institutionen
  • Arbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Teilnahme an Dienstbesprechungen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des einrichtungsbezogenen Konzeptes
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten

Wir bieten:

  • Einarbeitung durch die jetzige Leitung bis 04/2027
  • Bezahlung nach Haustarif (Orientierung am TVöD SuE)
