# Wir suchen Dich zur Erweiterung unseres neuen Teams (Teilzeit 20-30h, flexibles Einstellungsdatum) in einer Wohneinrichtung für 10 junge Erwachsene in Halle (Westf.) !

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • im Mittelpunkt deiner Arbeit steht die Anleitung, Unterstützung und Begleitung Menschen mit einer intellektuellen Beeinträchtigung
  • die Hinführung zu einer selbstbestimmten Lebensführung
  • Durchführung, Prüfung und Fortschreibung der Teilhabepläne

## Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium als: Heilerziehungs-pfleger\*in, Heilpädagog\*in, Erzieher\*in, Sozialarbeiter\*in, Pflegefachkraft, Ergo-, Physio- oder Sprachtherapeut\*in o.ä.
  • Bei Vorerfahrungen ist ein Quereinstieg möglich
  • die Bereitschaft, die Menschen auch am Wochenende zu begleiten
  • Teamfähigkeit & Motivation
