  • Eine pädagogische oder pflegerische Ausbildung (z.B. Erzieher/Heilerziehungspfleger/Pflegefachkräfte)
  • Berufsanfänger sind herzlich willkommen.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit seelischen Beeinträchtigungen
  • Eine wertschätzende und empathische Grundhaltung.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du nimmst Dich der Zielsetzung unseres Hauses an, Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen darin zu unterstützen, ein selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen.

  • Du unterstützt und begleitest Menschen mit seelischen Beeinträchtigungen und herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen in allen Belangen ihres Lebens
  • Die Aufgabenstellung umfasst grundsätzlich alle Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Kernprozesses Assistenz mit dem Ziel, dass Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben soweit möglich unabhängig von fremder Hilfe führen können
