## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gestaltung und Planung des täglichen Lebens der Betreuten unter Berücksichtigung derer Wünsche und Ressourcen
  • Einzel- und Gruppenangebote für Betreute (z.B. Freizeitaktivitäten)
  • Organisation, Anleitung und Durchführung der hauswirtschaftlichen Arbeiten (Einkäufe, Verpflegung, Wäschepflege)
  • Durchführen der grund-, förder- und behandlungspflegerischen Versorgung sowie Medikamentenvergabe
  • Arbeiten mit WKS - Assistenz Modell nach Willem Kleine Schaars

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Wertschätzung für die hilfebedürftigen Menschen
