  • Du unterstützt die Kinder dabei, ihre Fähigkeiten zu entdecken, ihre Selbstständigkeit zu stärken und sich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Gruppenführung gestaltest du einen abwechslungsreichen Betreuungsalltag.
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung als pädagogische:r Assistent:in oder Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Kindern mit Behinderung.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ein wertschätzendes, einfühlsames Auftreten.
  • Geduld, Verlässlichkeit und die Bereitschaft, dich aktiv ins Team einzubringen.
  • Unsere Benefits
  • Arbeitszeiten von Dienstag bis Donnerstag am Nachmittag, zusätzliche Besprechungszeiten.
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Team von Pädagog:innen, Assistent:innen und Leitung.
  • Eine sinnstiftendes Tätigkeit mit Raum für eigene Ideen und Mitgestaltung.
  • 4 Wochen Urlaub im August.

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag Diakonie; Mindestgehalt brutto € 2.667,30 bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten
