IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Komplette Jahresbetreuung einer Wohngruppe
  • Planung und Durchführung von individualpädagogischer Fallführung
  • fachliche pädagogische Dokumentation
  • Planung und Durchführung von Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Umgang mit Jugendlichen in Krisensituationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Jugendämtern
  • Kooperation mit einrichtungsinternen Fachabteilungen
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Erzieherausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium als Sozialarbeiter/Sozialpädagoge oder Dipl. Pädagoge
  • Erfahrungen im Jugendhilfebereich (von Vorteil)
  • grundlegende Kenntnisse psychiatrischer Störungsbilder des Kindes- und Jugendalters
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Wochenend- und Nachtdiensten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
