Für unsere Wohngemeinschaft und Integrationseinrichtung in Hemslingen für Menschen mit seelischen Behinderungen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Mitarbeiter/in in der Betreuung (m/w/d) .

Unsere Erwartungen an Sie:

  • Eine pädagogisch-pflegerische Ausbildung (Erzieher/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in, Krankenpfleger/in oder Ergotherapeut/in).
  • Kenntnisse im sozial-psychiatrischen Bereich sind wünschenswert.
  • Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär in der Betreuung und innerhalb unserer tagesstrukturierenden Maßnahmen (Bereiche Hauswirtschaft, Garten, Werkstatt und Kreativwerkstatt).
  • Ein Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich.

Bewerbungen sind auch von Berufsanfängern willkommen.

  • Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle, auf Wunsch und nach Absprache ist Teilzeitreduzierung möglich.
  • Bereitschaft für Schicht (Tag-und Nachtdienst) und Wochenenddienst ist erforderlich. Die Kernarbeitszeit liegt zwischen 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr.

Die Vergütung erfolgt in Anlehnung an den Tarifvertrag öffentlicher Dienst
