Wir suchen ab sofort eine Fachkraft für Soziale Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik (m/w/d) als Krankheitsvertretung für die schulbezogene Jugendsozialarbeit (Schulsozialarbeit) in Bornheim.

  • Einsatzort: Trogata KGS Blücherstraße, Blücherstraße 42, 53842 Troisdorf
  • Stellenumfang: 19,5 Wochenstunden | Teilzeit
  • Zeitraum: Die Stelle ist zunächst als Krankheitsvertretung bis zum 31.12.2026 befristet. Eine Entfristung wird angestrebt.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Schüler\*innen, Eltern, Schulleitung und Lehrkräften – auch bei „BuT-Anliegen“
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Gruppen- und Projektarbeit für die Zielgruppe, u.a. im Bereich des Sozialen Lernens
  • Vernetzung mit sozialen Diensten und Hilfeanbietern, wie z.B. Beratungsstellen
  • Lobby- und Netzwerkarbeit für die Zielgruppe
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team vor Ort
  • Teilnahme an Dienstbesprechungen und Arbeitskreisen der KJA Bonn
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Abstimmung mit der Arbeitgeberin

### Dein Profil:

  • Fachkraft für Soziale Arbeit/Sozialpädagogik (B.A. Soziale Arbeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • hohes Maß an selbständigem Arbeiten
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung und sozialem Lernen sind wünschenswert
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der KJA Bonn gGmbH und christlichen Werten
