  • Wochenarbeitszeit: mind. 32,00 Wochenstunden (Teilzeit, Vollzeit möglich)
  • Befristung: unbefristet
  • Entgeltgruppe: EG 07 AVR EKM

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung von Jungen und Mädchen in unseren Wohngruppen
  • Auf- und Ausbau persönlicher sozialer Ressourcen
  • Stärkung der sozialen Kompetenzen der Betreuten
  • Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe
  • Aufarbeitung von traumatischen Erfahrungen und psychische Stabilisierung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Erzieher:in*,* Sozialarbeiter:in, Bachelor Soziale Arbeit oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • möglichst traumapädagogische Zusatzausbildung
  • gern Mitgliedschaft in einer christlichen Kirche (ACK) und die Identifikation mit unseren diakonischen Zielen
  • Führerschein
