  • Mindestens 3-jährige Ausbildung im pädagogischen Bereich (Erzieher (gn), Jugend- und Heimerzieher (gn) o.ä. oder ein sozial- oder pädagogisches Studium
  • engagierte, konsequente und zugewandte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für herausfordernde und individuelle Beratungsprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Kooperationsfähigkeit und kulturelle Offenheit

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

Sie arbeiten mit jungen Menschen, die in Deutschland ein neues Zuhause suchen. Sie unterstützen maßgeblich die Integration in die neue Heimat.
