  • Die Nestor Bildungsinstitut GmbH sucht engagierte pädagogische Mitarbeiter\*innen, die mit Motivation und Eigenverantwortung Seminare für Jugendliche im Rahmen des Projekts „Türöffner: Zukunft-Beruf 2022“ am Oberstufenzentrum Neuruppin durchführen.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Seminaren zu Schlüsselthemen wie:
  • Selbstorganisiertes Lernen – SOL
  • Mobbing – wie gehe ich damit um?
  • Mein Handy – das bin ich
  • Sich der Demokratie bewusst sein
  • Jugend-/Azubi-Knigge
  • Alkohol und Drogen – Risiken erkennen, Verantwortung übernehmen
  • Bewerbungstraining – souverän auftreten, erfolgreich bewerben
  • Enger Austausch mit dem Auftraggeber und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Netzwerkpartnern
  • Pädagogische Begleitung und Motivation der Teilnehmenden in den Seminaren
  • Dokumentation und Nachbereitung der Seminare

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im pädagogischen, sozialpädagogischen oder verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen, idealerweise in Seminar- oder Workshopformaten
  • Hohe Motivation, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und planerische Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Netzwerkarbeit und enger Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern
