Die Kath. Kirchengemeinde St. Sebastian in Würselen sucht als Trägerin der Offenen Ganztagsschule (OGS) der GGS Würselen-Mitte

eine/einen Erzieher\*in (m/w/d) mit einem Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte(n) Erzieher\*in oder einem abgeschlossenen Studium in sozialer Arbeit (B.A.) (oder mit einem Abschluss eines anderen fachausgerichteten Studiums)

ab sofort in Teilzeit.

Der Beschäftigungsumfang beträgt 62,82 %, dies sind zurzeit 24,50 Wochenstunden.

Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet bis zum 31.07.2027

Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung und Gestaltung der pädagogischen Arbeit in einer Gruppe, die sich an den Bedürfnissen der Kinder und deren Erziehungsberechtigten orientiert und das Konzept der Einrichtung umsetzt. Dazu gehört die Begleitung des Mittagessens, die Durchführung von Gruppen – und Förderangeboten, die Hausaufgabenbegleitung, die Freispielbegleitung, die Projektarbeit und die Ferienbetreuung

Ihr Profil:

Erfahrungen mit der Arbeit in einer OGS sind wünschenswert

fundierte pädagogische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Grundschulkindern

Hohe Teamkompetenz

hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
