Paid AI Conversation Contributor — Customer Support (French)

Help improve how AI holds real conversations.

HeyMilo Experts is recruiting customer-support professionals for a paid, remote conversational data project. You will take part in an approximately 20–30 minute video conversation with an AI agent, drawing on your experience to handle fictional customer-service scenarios and provide feedback.

This is a short-term data-contribution project, not a customer-support employment vacancy. Participation and project availability are subject to the disclosed project terms.

What you will do

Discuss your customer-support experience without naming customers or sharing confidential information.

Role-play situations such as a delivery problem, a billing misunderstanding, or a customer who needs a clearer explanation.

Ask clarifying questions, explain your reasoning, and respond naturally in your own words.

Give feedback on whether the AI understood you, waited appropriately, and interrupted at the right time.

Who should apply

Adults aged 18 or over with customer-support, customer-service, contact-center, hospitality, retail-service, or similar experience.

Comfortable having an unscripted conversation in English. Regional accents and different speaking styles are welcome.

Access to a computer with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a reasonably quiet setting.

Remote participants in the United States, Canada, Sri Lanka, India, and the Philippines are especially welcome, subject to project eligibility.

Recording and data use

This is an explicitly disclosed AI data-contribution activity. With your separate agreement before recording, HeyMilo will collect your session audio, video, transcript, and feedback for AI training and evaluation and for datasets licensed or sold to model and data providers. You will receive the applicable contributor agreement, privacy notice, project terms, and recording notice before participation and may decline. Do not include real customer information, employer secrets, financial account details, or other private third-party information. Public release of identifiable recordings or identifiable voice cloning is outside this project's stated scope.

Compensation

Paid per completed session under the project terms accepted before work begins.

What happens after you apply

You will receive instructions for the HeyMilo conversation and the participation terms. Recording should begin only after the required agreements and permissions are completed. No ongoing employment or future project volume is guaranteed. You may stop the activity at any time. No automated hiring decision is made from this conversation. Our team reviews participation and recording quality.
